SPECIAL MESSAGE

special message!

My blogging friend Bernita Harris is missing in action. This is the second day that she hasn't posted and that's not even close to being normal!

Ric has suggested that it may be something as simple as her cable going out. I pray to God that it is that mundane.

But that is the reason for the post. Please everyone that reads this, help me pray for Bernita! I know a ton of my Christian friends read this blog but do it in the shadows and don't comment in public. So I need your help, too!

Please pray for my friend Bernita.

Father, I know that You have us in the palm of Your hand, that You know the number of hairs on our heads. Father I ask Your protection for my friend Bernita. I ask that order her steps and those of her family. If she is ill, Father I ask for Your healing...mind, body and spirit.

In the Name of Jesus, I pray this. AMEN

Thank you friends. I will keep you updated!

    I will remember Benita, Bonnie. She is in God's care. The enemy has been attacking God's people with various levels of success. We need to remember that Jesus already won our victory. Forgetting this gets us in a world of hurt...and we all seem to keep doing that.

    I hope you hear from Bernita soon and that all is well. I've even exchanged phone numbers with some blog buddies, so that we can check in on each other if something's up. But isn't it amazing how much you can care about someone you've never physically "met"?

    Really, it's incredible, and I pray Bernita returns to the internet, touched by all the concern for her well-being, with some bizarre story about nothing more serious than an internet outtage.

    I add my AMEN to that. I, too, hope (and assume) it's a tech glitch. I sure have had my share. A virus or a down phone line or just things being wonky somewhere with AOL. Or just coming down wi th the flu will kill my desire to log on for a week, easy.

    Post as soon as you hear from Bernita, okay?

    Lord, I ask for blessings and grace to be poured over Bernita. Let her be well and safe and soon be back communicating with her pals. Watch over her and Bonnie and everyone we care about online, because connections can be fragile when they're long distance and phone-or-cable dependent. Thank you for listening, Lord,
